Such a cute hotel. The staff were very friendly. The place was clean. Other reviews I read prior to booking this hotel complained about the location being a little sketchy. I would say that most of Marseille is a little sketchy but once you look past that Marseille is a charming city. Don’t let the street sway you from booking this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Marseille.

A cute hotel in a convenient area close to metro, cours julien and 15-20 min walk from the Old Harbour. If you are planning a city break this is an ideal place to stay. The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished with charming details. For solo travellers, its a bit quiet at night but still felt very safe. The daytime staff are super friendly and helpful. The only small challenge I had was the night staff don't speak English so non-French speakers, be aware of this when you plan your check-in time! Breakfast options are limited but there is complimentary coffee and water around the clock and great cafes and restaurants very close by. A great choice!

Hôtel à 10 mn à pied du vieux port de Marseille et du centre ville ce qui est fort appréciable Chambre spacieuse, propre et très agréable Literie très confortable Manque cependant de quelques fournitures qui ne correspondant pas au standing de l’hôtel : aucune bouteille d’eau à disposition, bar dans la chambre vide et peu de produits d’hygiène. Personnel très accessible et disponible à tous moments. Petit déjeuner simple mais de qualité cependant machine à boissons chaudes en panne pendant le séjour qui aurait pu être réparé en pleine saison ! Donc ne sont disponibles que café ou thé réalisés par l’hôtesse d’accueil Incident regrettable : Un soir tardivement la douche s’est bouchée et a inondé la salle de bain, les serviettes ont servis à éponger avec celles d’une amie de la chambre voisine Il est regrettable qu’aucun geste commercial n’est été fait (ex: un petit déjeuner offert) car à 23h il est fort désagréable de sortir de sa douche trempée mais non lavée car la tuyauterie a été brutalement défectueuse laissant le tarif de la chambre identique Dommage car le client subit ce type de désagrément !

Nice hotel in a good location, our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we had a comfortable night's sleep... would stay here again!

Great staff! Clean and close to everything! Very walkable! Air conditioning worked great as the heat was extreme!

Stayed here for two nights. Friendly service and well located in a very busy street. We had a nice room on rhe street side, so noisy during the night. First night, airco broken down…with 36C outside, it was very hot in the room. Next day, water was cut off for few hours, so no shower possbile after a very hot day. Breakfast is 10€/pp and looked quite ok. One tip : please make sure the front door closes quietly, it closes with a “bang” so waked us up several times during the night.

The room was small but with high ceilling and the bathroom was quite big. The downsides were: the rack for clothes was really small, for two it is very hard to hang and store your belongings. There were only two paper cups for your tea/coffee and they were not changed so keep in mind to ask for two extra cups maybe. No bathroom amenities only a liquid soap for hands + one in the shower. Bring your own. I would not spend more than what we paid (120 €) per night, that is a very good and fair price for the room but not worth more. Staff is very friendly and location is central, close to Cours Julien and Le Vieux-Port, buses, bakeries and caffees close by. Would gladly come back.

This is such a great little find. When you come from the station you might worry it’s in a bit of a dodgy, noisy spot but turn into the road and walk into the hotel and it is lovely and tranquil. It is also perfectly placed to walk to all the touristy bits and bobs or just flaneur about and absorb it all. It’s well connected too to get buses/trains to the beaches, Calanques, hills. There’s some lovely neighbourhood restaurants where you can sit outside and some excellent nearby panisses too. And, you can eat breakfast outside in the little garden.

Really lovely hotel. Located in a very convenient location (walking 20min. to Saint Charles Marseille train station, 5min to shopping, 15min to old town/port). It felt very safe, simple but elegantly decorated room, comfortable bed, and all the staff went above and beyond to help/accommodate us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel. The best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Staff were amazing very friendly and the breakfast was great too! The hotel was very tasteful great decor.
