Clean location

Overall a great stay with very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Only downside was the pool was not being cleaned frequently enough due to high use which made the water dirty.

le restaurant de l'hôtel est une belle surprise. nous avons dîné là bas c'était très bon et copieux. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant très sympa très avenant vraiment rien a dire. Serviettes fournies à la piscine c'est vraiment top par contre point négatif la piscine est autorisée à des personnes qui ne font pas parti de l'hôtel et il fumait pas de la cigarette mais bien autre chose, en étant en famille avec enfants c'est pas top. Le lendemain matin les verres vides étaient tjs au bord de la piscine. Je trouve que le prix pour une chambre premium à 180€ n'est pas justifiée Pour info le parking est en supplément à 20€

The air con was difficult to use and didn’t stay on for long. The staff were extremely helpful, hotel was clean and beautiful. Beds comfortable. Easy to get to, metro close by.

- We could not attend the pool, as there were only 6 sunbeds, depite over 150 guests in the hotel, and 30 degrees outside. When we asked them to pull out 2 sunbeds for us, they laughed at us and spoke about us in French so we couldn’t understand, then they shockingly told us “You have to wait until one of the beds are available, get in line”. - The fridge and the air condition in our room was not working at all, our room was baking hot all day, and we couldn’t get cold water from the fridge. They did not fix this or offer us any kind of solution on this matter, despite us complaining to them. - The selection of food was so small, you could only pick between a burger and a salad. We tried both, and both courses were very disappointing, and came with sky high prices. Not a pleasant experience, and not romantic in any manner. - We stayed 5 hours at the hotel, before we decided to check out and leave the hotel for good. The behaviour from the staff, the quality of the food and the lack of proper facilities were too much for us. We still can’t believe a 4- star hotel can be driven this way. Never coming back.

Muito bom, atendimento incrível, recebemos várias orientações. O estacionamento é muito bom e cômodo. Café da manhã sensacional.

Area is a bit rough and I'm not sure I'd be out on my own late at night. Hotel is spotless and I cannot fault it in any way. Very, very comfortable beds.
