Belvilla Y Resort Near Central Ubud

No breakfast.. I didn't like much except the birds.. Some staff were doing their best but all in all I think poorly of this decrepit 'resort' So not much to like except the gekko who helped destroying the musquitos that were around in great quantities I needed to be in that neighbourhood and thought I would avoid dangerous traffic.

Lack of cleanliness, maintenance .. This place needs total renovation.. And Booking sells it too expensive.. The local price is more accurate. As for pictures : previous reviews show fungi brown ceilings.. That is still there.. My washbasin was clogged and never got unclogged.. Communication only possible via WA.. Which I don't have.. No telephones in the room so you have to go to the reception any time you need some thing, beyond cleaning time.. An email I sent got answered in the night by AI or a bot. (?) Standard replies

Excellent staffs they were very helpful and friendly.

Wifi connection is very poor, I would say no wifi at all. Swimming pool water looked dirty.

A good old basic hotel with a good bed, shower and breakfast. A good location in Penestanan with good coffee opposite and Alchemy fresh vegan food nearby. There is a building site behind but only noise dying the day.

The whole area is being gentrified and it is losing the old Penestanan but no fault of Y resort which is still operating

Aussenanlage ist sehr schön, viel Potenzial. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aussenanlage aber vor allem die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung. Die freundlichen Angestellten wirkten nicht sehr motiviert und mussten teilweise gesucht werden. Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen, Mittagessen und Abendessen gab es nicht, obwohl es offiziell und auf der Karte angeboten wurde. Zudem liegt das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Strasse und aktuell an einer grossen Baustelle. Entsprechend laut war es tagsüber. Zusätzlich waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

El hotel es muy bonito. Llegamos tarde y agracedimos que la piscina no tuviera horarios pues la usamos al anochecer y el baño fue muy agradable. Al dia siguiente teniamos que salir a las 7:15 y nos adelantaron el desayuno respecto a la hora de comienzo habitual.

No puedo resaltar nada.
