Comfortable room (good bed, aircon, clean, kettle, hairdryer etc), great location, good restaurant…

Very, very noisy late in the evening and early in the morning! Asian people & particularly their children are totally unaware of how disruptive their lack of consideration is to other people who may have checked in after a late flight or sleep in due to a late flight! Ruined our stay!

Staff were excellent

Room were not very sound proof. Had a few nights of minimal sleep due to noisy guests in adjacent rooms.

Great hotel. Stayed in the suite and it was lovely and spacious - nice view and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Smoke smell drifts into the room when people smoke near the lifts

Breakfast was all about catering for the Asian countries apart from toast ,eggs one spread for toast cereal sweet variety,

Food that will appeal to all countries,when the hot dishes were empty they were not filled for ages ,staff are willing to help but language barrier is a huge issue . Tables need attention to be wiped down after patrons finish there breakfast .Nothing worse than a unclean table

I like how it was central to everything. Only 900 m to the beach. The staff were so nice and very accommodating.

Nothing it was dirty, unmaintained, pool area was unsafe

Rooms tiny, no storage space in rooms. Safe was not bolted down anyone could walk out of your room with it. Rooms were dirty, Air conditioning was only in your room. People smoking in hall way and outside the lift, you had to walk through smoke to go to your room. Towels in our room looked like rags and that’s all they were good for. Pool area was unsafe and only 4 lounges to sit on in partial shade. The rest was in the sun and would burn your legs on the cushions. The drain grate on pool was broken and you had to walk on it to get into pool. Eco decking around pool was slippery and hot and would burn your feet. It was all warped and lifting. Restaurant ran out of everything and never got our order correct. On day we arrived we asked about checking out but would give us our money back. Photos looked a lot better than what it is. Never trust booking.com with their rating on a property again.
