Когда мы приехали нас просто не заселили в номер, сказав что номеров нет. Предложение об отмене отель прислал за 3 дня до заезда когда мы были в дороге. Хотя мы бронировали отель за полгода до поездки. На отмену был один день. Когда мы прочитали сообщение, то возможности согласиться на отмену уже не было. Пытались связаться с отелем через букинг, через вотсап, но отель нигде не отвечал.
