Great hotel with gym, small pool great breakfast and extremely helpful staff. The views of Sapa are fantastic

Location was great - nice and quiet. Staff very helpful

Gym area was not great and pool was not able to be used.

A veritable oasis nestled on the hill just above the city. about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into the center of town. The walk back is quite elevated but a return Grab (like uber) is about $2 Helpful staff. Beautiful landscaping. Adequate breakfast . A surprisingly complete gym albeit cramped and stuffed in the attic. Room was clean with a very nice view (I booked their apartment)

Severe knocking noises from the tub drain when somebody showers above.

Un établissement qui mérite d'être connue et surtout du personnel de qualité exceptionnelle avant même l'arrivée a l'hôtel une aide pour tout Je recommande vraiment famille avec 2 enfants nous avons séjourner paisiblement et la ville de sapa et tout juste exceptionnel. Je met un 10 sur 10 pour chau le réceptionniste qui est d'une grande confiance et aide Merci à vous on reviendra

الفندق لا يوفر مكواة ملابس ولا يوجد به تسريحه او مرآه في الغرفه .المبنى كلاسيكي بس قديم نوعا ما. شراشف السرير غير مكواة .خيارات البوفيه جدا جدا محدوده
