I really love stay in Tiger Sapa Hotel. Its located in the central and strategic. The owner really nice. They welcome us with hot tea and smile. When they know we would go to Fansipan, they showed us some updated photo and video of fansipan summit so we knew earlier about the weather up there. They informed us about what activity we can do in Sapa. Last but not least, when we checked out they gave us some snacks (water, banana, chocolate, and biscuit) as a gift. Small gesture but really matters. High recommended!

The staff were super friendly. I would say that was the biggest plus for this hotel and it was very clean.

It's a bit dated and they don't serve breakfast. My advice would be to have a list of breakfast suggestions nearby for their customers. We spent 30 minutes wandering around looking for someplace to have breakfast.

Great location, great staff, very friendly and helpful. Ms May, the lady owner is very kind and helpful. She speaks great English too! 👍🏻 the receptionist girl (I forgotten to ask the name) is also super sweet and helpful! Bed was comfortable and can see the mountain landscape from the balcony. It’s a short walk to the city square and many eateries around! Just for info, there is no elevator inside, but I was totally fine with climbing the stairs!

Nothing in particular. Just one thing: the balcony door doesn’t have handle from the outside, so need to be careful not to close fully when you are out at the balcony. It is managed very well for a family owned property. don’t compare with a commercial one.

The people who run the hotel are the sweetest and were so kind. They greeted us as soon as the minivan arrived and carried our bags in and offered us tea. The room was lovely and warm and had an incredible view of the mountains. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
