We had a bath in our room next to the window, it was really nice to relax after a long day of walking, and the view from the window was beautiful.

The walk to and from the property is a bit tiring, especially if you have all your bags with you. It wasn’t too much an issue for us, but something to be aware of that it’s not necessarily accessible

We booked the room with the bath and it was absolutely stunning, definitely worth the extra bit of money. We’ve recommended to friends who have now also stayed here.

Walk to the property is quite steep if you have big bags and no lift so have to carry bags up stairs but not too big a deal.

住所ナンバー記載がなくホテルに到着するのに時間がかかった!その上、階段がある道路で中心地に行くのに100段の階段を登らなければならず、若い人向けのホテルです! どうしたことか2部屋友人と4泊しましたが、メイドさんが一回も入らず、掃除なしでした。

I'm a senior, so the walk down the road and stairs were an issue

Tout : personnel très gentil, réactif et de bons conseils. La présence d’espace commun confortable oú l’on peut se poser à l’arrivée. Les chambres très propres et le plus de la nôtre c’est la superbe vue et la baignoire. Un très lit confortable. Climatiseur

Légèrement bruyant dû aux autres occupants et à l’environnement extérieur Mais les prestations de l’hôtel compensent largement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. 5 min walk to Sapa Station and city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and excellent customer service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Incredible view of the city and valley! Room very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Bathroom great as well with wonderful view. The room has everything you need. Having a bath in the window was very special too. The kitchen also very complete and pretty view. Loved it!!

You can’t reach the property by car and it doesn’t have an elevator. So, if you have many or big suitcases, it’s a hassle. And you must carry yourself because they won’t help you. So recommend travelling light or with backpack instead of wheels.

L'emplacement était parfait, à quelques minutes du centre de Sa Pa, dans un endroit calme. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée.
