The views from each room were amazing! They were all clean and tidy and comfortable. Also loved having a washer and access to affordable drinks!

Did not realize that there would be so many steps in the alley to access the property. However it was a great experience being away but still close enough to the center of Sapa.

Personnels et équipements au top. Magnifique cuisine à l étage superieur avec une belle vue.

Tout était très bien. Accès a logement à pied car il est situé dans une rue piétonne en pente.

Getting there was hectic, think twice before booking, the water in bathtub wasn’t hot enough for a bath, no elevator and my room was located on 5th floor so climbing there with all luggage’s would be awful however the lovely staff helped me!!! The ladies from staff were kind and lovely. Overall I am not sure if I would book it again, price was higher comparing to other hotels with better access and standards
