Nhân viên nữ lễ tân không chuyên nghiệp, tác phong không coi trọng khách. Đúng giờ checkin nhưng phòng vẫn chưa được dọn, phải đợi nhân viên ăn xong mới dọn phòng cho khách. Đòi hoàn tiền lại thì mới đưa phòng khác cho ko thì cũng tốn thời gian đợi.

El agua caliente no era regular. La pared de l'habitacion tenia mucha humedad y manchava las cosas que apollavas en ella. Las ventanas dan a un patio interior muy descuidado. El wifi no funcionava bien.
