INThe hotel room is very furnished and maintained. Even though I booked at extremely short notice, the staff was available for help regarding stay as well as onward travel tips.
The location is as close to halong Beachfront as you can get but there is continuous construction happening on the front, so the property might lose sea view in a couple of years... But as a property for a comfortable stay, it was nice and lavish.
VNI intended to change to 2 rooms before arrival but then I made up my mind as the family room is quite large and can accommodates my family of 6 including 1 child. The staffs are really supportive. Laundry is done and returned sooner than any other hotels that I’ve ever stayed.
No breakfast, but it’s okey to walk a bit for breakfast nearby.

The room was too small for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The rate was too high for that room size and the fact that there is no breakfast included
