Sweet staff. All very kind, young and energetic

Convenient location, minimalist zen decor with great attention to details. Room 505 has a nice view. Good bathtub experience. I like the choice of the shower gel (smell) a lot. Bought some home for souvenirs. Friendly staff, overall a very welcoming place to be.

Breakfast could be better, the idea is good, but the taste doesn't match the aesthetic. Breakfast can be simpler but more statisfying. The best breakfast dish for us was banh mi xiu mai (local food, good taste), not the signature mua noodle.

Window is not soundproof so it was hard to sleep at night. There were ants in the room.

Held luggage, asthetically pleasing rooms, shower was nice, played one direction in reception

Was advertised as 24 hour reception and confirmed with them that we arrive at 6am 48 hours before arrival. When we got there at around 5am no one was around and both the numbers listed on the door did not have WhatsApp. Tried contacting through booking.com and did not work, had to wait over an hour before anyone showed up to check us in. We’re told there were wellness activities daily however we were told there were none on the days we were there. When ordering breakfast, we were told we couldn’t order salt coffee, and then upon asking for Vietnamese coffee we were told that it used condensed milk and was too difficult for tourists, despite both salt coffee and Vietnamese coffee being on their menu. Even though it’s advertised as having sound proof rooms which is incorrect, we could hear all noise from the street and nearby karaoke bar as well as doors opening and closing all night.
