Super comfortable bed and mattress. Lovely swimming pool and garden. Good curtains that actually make the room dark. Good AC. Quiet location.

Great place to relax and unwind - or work for that matter! I stayed in one of the suites and it was gorgeous! The whole property is stunning and quite fun to explore the surrounding area. It's a bit secluded, so if you don't have a scooter it would be worth arranging a bicycle for the duration of your stay. The family is lovely and very accommodating.

I was allowed to early check-in 3 hours which was honestly great

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to be of assistance - especially Winnie, who helped us arrange a Ha Giang Loop bike tour and made bookings for transport from Hanoi and return.

Initially we were wanting to ride on our own, but Winnie arranged wonderful riders to take us - Chai and Wei. So what we were disappointed with initially, turned out really well.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and kind. Winni helped organise a motorbike tour which was great fun and she also helped organise my onward journey. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay!

Arriving at the property was 'interesting' as we usually book in town. This hotel has been built in a beautiful rural area on the edge of town, and has running stream alongside, and is ringed by low hills. Really a very peaceful location. The rooms are separate stand-alone cabins, and have been very well constructed with good doors and windows, and good window coverings, that really do exclude daylight (this is something often sub-standard in small hotels - decent curtains!) The construction is two years old in 2024, and has no defects.... its a very sound and expensive standard the place was built to, so I expect the hotel will stay fresh for quite some time. There is a pool, but we did not use it - this pool is designed as a child-friendly pool - full marks ! The dining area is a fully-roofed outside area, although there is an indoor area we didn't use. Kitchen produced good meals, and we were served by family members who did a great job. The bathroom in our cabin was fantastic - stylish, functional and large.... I REALLY APPRECIATED THE DESIGN THOUGHT THAT HAD GONE INTO THIS HOTEL, AND THE HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS. Thus is a family owned operation, and everyone was truly friendly and helpful.

There is really nothing I can point to .... a few mosquitos maybe, but that's expected.

Great service by the hostess, she really helped us a lot in planning our Ha Giang Loop tour.
