Emerald Ho Tram Resort

It’s beautiful, spacious and very clean. The choice of beach & pool makes it a great location for chill days. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice. The bed is very comfortable. Our room had a see view which was the perfect way to start the day. For New Years Eve they hosted live music and fingers foods to ring in the new year. This was a memorable moment.

There is nothing in the surrounding area, we felt a bit secluded. Be prepared to only eat in the restaurant/neighboring restaurant only. Although this hotel caters for international guests, we struggled with the customer service (as a 4 star hotel), particularly in the restaurant.

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Ładny basen, dużo udogodnień, fajna plaża, pyszne, różnorodne śniadania. Co najważniejsze nie zatłoczony przez turystów. Można w spokoju odpocząć i się zrelaksować.

Great room Hotel straight onto beach Breakfast was delicious

Beach bar, staff had to walk back to main building to get drinks and the drinks we had wasn’t the best. Reception staff not helpful enough.

The room is spacious and clean. There are plenty of outdoor activities for families. The breakfast is not really excellent compared to lunch/dinner or room service.

Some in-room facilities need to be replaced (shampoo and shower gel containers did not work)
