The boat and room were brilliant and the staff were fantastic

The food was horrible really and my husband was ill after the cruise - we think it was the oysters....luke warm... Staying for two nights was probably overkill as the activities were basically repeated from the first day

Very well organized cruise, from the booking, to pick up at our hotel, transfers to the boat and activities. Loved the super nice and friendly staff and loved that it was a smaller more personal cruise. They took us Kayaking among the amazing monoliths, had a party night, fishing from the boat, Taichi and bike riding to a village. All together a fantastic and very memorable time.

The Daiichi Boutique Cruise provided us with a memorable experience. Our guide, Mr. Duong, was incredibly enthusiastic, and his smile was ever-present. The food was quite satisfactory, and activities like kayaking and swimming in the open sea were absolutely fantastic.

Everything was operated as promised on the schedule, and we were served with the warmest and most attentive hospitality since arriving in Vietnam. The squid fishing trip was truly wonderful, as we were lucky enough to catch a few small squids ourselves and enjoy grilling them together.

The guide was doing their best and the kayak and bike trip was fun. This is a cheaper cruise and you very much get what you pay for. The 'cooking class' was just a spring roll class but we had fun.

The 10/10 reviews on here are either fake or paid for. The food was unfortunately, truly disgusting, I would rather eat on the plane. I hardly ate at all. The beers are very overpriced. The room was filthy, I think they change the sheets and empty the bins at most because everything looked like it had not been cleaned in about a year. The coffee as well as lots of the food was cold and/or stale. Things like the weather and the lack of monkeys on monkey Island are not up to their control and I appreciate that, but the cleanliness and the food they can ensure are top standards at all times and they weren't. They also failed to inform us that there was a happy hour from 5.30 pm to 7pm so we wouldn't ask for it and they still tried to get us to pay for all our drinks at the end of the trip.

Highly recommend to everyone! Ha Long Bay was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. A memorable experience.

The trip was excellent from pickup to drop off. Every activity provided was fun and worth it. We were lucky with the weather, and kayaking was amazing.
