Fantastic location very quiet but easy walking distance to town centre helpful staff even though English was not good their phone translation app was excellent the room was very large with sauna and own pool

Room matched description with quirky features in the room including pool, sauna and electric toilet! Breakfast ordered day before and cooked individually. Location great - easy walk down to lake and night market.

Pool very cold so did not really use despite warm temperatures outside.

We were really looking forward to this hotel particularly the private swimming pool but overall felt let down. There were a couple of technical issues, the air-conditioning didn't work and the electric toilet stopped flushing. These were resolved. The room doesn't get very dark at night because of the long drapes. The owner is trying really hard but relies on his young staff to help with communication in English. Breakfast is ordered night before and very limited choice for Western tastes. We didn't use the sauna.

Home away from home...just better! The owners welcome and treat you as their own Family, very humble and inviting, and most importantly try to make your stay at their hotel and in general the best you could have. Now in regards to the rooms...OMG it is absolutely amazing! Everything is so modern, and the rooms are impressively huge. Furthermore, the rooms have a massive private pool and sauna...yes PRIVATE just for you. I found this fact quite amazing to be honest. They personally cook a fresh meal of your choice for breakfast which adds to their welcoming touch. Lastly, the location just cannot get better..literally a minute on a motorbike to the center of Dalat, or probably a 5 to 7 minute walk. Thank you Quy Tai Family...see you soon, real soon!

Woupd definitely go back. A huge plus was the free breakfast that they individually cooked forneach guest. The rooms are also very spacious and the beds are super comfortable!

Staff were excellent and the private pool and sauna were lovely. It's in a quiet location and rooms are very clean.

This Boutique Hotel goes out of it's way to make my stay pleasurable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner and his wife greeted me kindly. I cannot say enough about the room itself with private swimming pool, Sauna and Japanese style Ofuru soaking tub. Everything was top of the line.

Like many places in Vietnam they underestimate the size of westerners. The robes, while very plush were size 'Asian medium' meaning I, at 5'11" and almost 200lbs, had a challenge to squeeze into them. The same with the slippers. These were such slight issues and did not effect the most enjoyable time spent in Dalat.

Very big room, cool with personal pool and sauna in the room. The staff was kind and always available.

The room was not very clean; I found a dirty teaspoon, a dirty drain in the bathtub, and a lot of cobwebs and dust above the bed. Disappointing that the pool was ice-cold, but considering the price, I can't complain too much.
