"Great hotel overall"

Location was nice and the hotel had a very nice chilling area by the lobby great for larger groups. It was our official chill out spot. The staff were friendly and let us keep all our bags after checking out till the evening. The rooms were very comfortable and decoration quite lovely.

Some rooms complained about mold odors in the bathroom

I left my wallet in grab car and receptionist lend me phone to call grab. They were very helpful . And everything sorted out in the end. Everything was impeccable , aesthetic and comfortable. High end quality for a very affordable price. This would be my go to hotel if I ever return to Dalat.
