"Increíbles vistas panorámicas"

El lugar es tal cual se describe y aún mejor. Las fotos del cuarto son reales y el cuarto que escogí es aún mas grande que lo que se aprecia en las fotos. La vista es hermosa y a pesar de que la ubicación es un poco alejada, ellos te alquilan un scooter y puedes llegar en pocos minutos a los sitios obligatorios por visitar. Desde el primer dia la atención fue excelente, el staff fue cordial y amable, agradezco especialmente a Thuy la recepcionista, quien hizo de nuestra estadía la mejor. La calidad supera las expectativas respecto al precio, sin duda volvería. Muchas gracias.

No tengo críticas, solo agradecimientos.

Conforme aux photos ! Tout etait parfait, le personnel incroyablement gentil, Un peu excentré mais au milieu des centres d'intérêts, la location de scooter et de vélo étant disponible sur place !

"Cần xem lại cách quản lí đặt phòng"

Trước ngày nhận phòng 1 ngày thì home gọi điện, nói chuyện cực kỳ không chuyên nghiệp, kêu là “hệ thống booking.com bên em bị lỗi, giờ full phòng rồi, chị huỷ đi”, mình hỏi tại sao booking.com bị lỗi nhưng traveloka và các trang khác vẫn còn phòng thì bên home cứ ấp úng kêu hệ thống lỗi rồi, huỷ phòng đi, trong khi kế hoạch thì mình đã lên xong hết rồi. Home cũng không đưa ra một lời xin lỗi nào cho mình. Tới khi mình tìm được phòng mới và gửi yêu cầu huỷ miễn phí thì home không duyệt yêu cầu cho mình. Mình gửi tin nhắn tận 3 lần vẫn không có hồi đáp, sau đó thì im ỉm huỷ phòng và vẫn không một câu trả lời cho mình. Mình biết home im ỉm với mình là nghĩ huỷ rồi thì mình không đánh giá home được. Mình đánh điểm trung bình để home không bị kéo điểm quá thấp, nhưng home cũng cần xem lại cách quản lí booking và cách làm việc với khách hàng của mình.
