The beach is clean, viewing is beautiful

The breakfast is very poor, they decided 2 kinds of breakfast, when I come they asking me if I want upgrade my breakfast to the buffet breakfast otherwise they provide the breakfast only 1 item and 1 drink, I never heard about these kind of breakfast when I did the booking. And as the booking I booked 3 rooms with sea view but when I check in they gave me 1 sea view and 2 behind with sand view , I very difficult at complain and after nearly 2h they changed rooms followed my booked , very complicated and it was make broken my family’s mood holiday.

As I mentioned above, I am overall satisfied with hotel facility about its cleanness, quality, and food.

There is no qualified convenient stores downstairs. Meaning, I have to go outside for food and drink or I need to use hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The staffs are helpful

Our stay was lovely! The staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are great with many pools, pool bar, restaurants, spa, gym, easy access to the beach, everything you could need. The place is tidy, the rooms are clean.

Random location. Not really near anything but that didn’t matter because the property has everything you need

Have bad smell at the entrance, it should be improved.

Everything is like expected. The Continental lives up to its reputation. There was over 6 pools for all the hostel, rooms were perfectly clean, staff are everywhere and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, thank you again for your welcome and I will definitely come back and recommend this hostel.

The medical team was not available when I needed it. The beach was dirty with trash.
