The floor was cleaned around 8 a.m., yes. If there's a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door at that time and the floor is finished cleaning, the room won't be cleaned at all. You have to go to reception and ask for it to be cleaned. During my week-long stay, the bed linens weren't changed even once. I know this for sure because my child accidentally spilled a drop of cocoa on the sheet on one of the first days. The stain was still there when I checked out. However, upon checkout, I was told to wait while they checked the room. You should check the quality of your cleaning staff. One evening, someone left food delivery bags near the elevator. The next day at 10 a.m., the bags were still there; they hadn't been removed. Toilet paper finished a few times, no extra rolls were available Rooms are quite small I love Vietnam and Vietnamese people a lot. But this experience wasn't exactly great.

Phòng đôi kê 2 giường nên không gian trong phòng rất chật chội. Sảnh khách sạn chung nay đã xuống cấp, cần sửa chữa lại
