Reception staff were very good Location was good

The photographs do not represent the property The Breakfast was awful The room was dirty and the house keeping staff were lazy. They didn’t clean the room or makeup the bed properly. There was no coffee in our room, the complimentary water was a half used bottle of water There was a lack of toilet roll, The bath was filthy and taps broken
