Lagos Apartment With Panoramic Yacht Marina Views

We got there to early luckily the cleaners were there and we wait till they finished and they gave us the keys; and they let us start our holiday, so don’t really know how we would have got the keys

We were very pleased with the apartment, couch could do with upgrading, but we were happy with everything else, I read about no blinds or curtains so you could not watch the tv till dark I thought was not going to be right but it was

Great view, no direct sunshine keeps temperature down. Fridge works OK. Bunk beds for kids if you have any. Washing machine and drying rack ensuite. Windows, garburator, front door lock, all didn’t work. Host did not respond when notified. The bathroom really stinks and is used to store mops, buckets, etc. Garbage disposal is a pile of trash bags behind the building. Living room bench seats look OK but are unusable.

After small apartments in Porto, Coimbra and Lisbon, we really appreciated the spaciousness of this apartment, especially of the kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of storage space as well. The equipment was mostly ok, balcony was good with a nice view over the marina and location was ideal in relation to the walking distance to restaurants, shops, beaches and public transport stations.

The apartment we had isn't shown in the photos placed here (maybe it's a newer one?). It could use some decorations, paintings etc. to have a more cosy feeling. The bed was ok, but pillows were too small and soft, therefore uncomfortable. The wi-fi router could be placed in a more hidden space than on the wall right in front of the bed as it is not very good-looking and its lights are disturbing during the night. And while the location is good for the walking distance, the four lane road in front of the buiding can be very noisy, undermining the beautiful view and atmosphere a bit.
