Lagos Marina view apartment near beaches and shops

Great hosts! They shared plenty of info on the area and even had suggestions of things to do/places to visit

Everything. Location, many shops and the beaches were amazing.

Nothing.

The view from the apartment was great, very handy for the Marina, Largos town and the Local beaches. The apartment also has parking behind the apartment building, which was great to have.

For what we needed, the apartment was suitably equipped and generally clean & tidy, but I know that some people would expect more for their money. I would say the stairways and common areas of the apartment block were a little tired and in need of some redecoration. The outside of the building was in need of a bit of tidying with quite a lot of rubbish around and lots of weeds around. Our main issues was that the apartment did have a fan, but did not have aircon, so it got very stuffy when the balcony are doors closed. What you do not see in the lovely photos of the view looking out, is a busy road between the apartment block and marina. So with a stuffy apartment we had to have the doors open, but with traffic that was going past most of the night, it was very disturbing.. Our other issue was the drain for the kitchen sink. In the middle of the night the kitchen sink drain would suddenly start gurgling and the sink would fill up with waste water.. I suspect the drain is partially blocked somewhere below, and when someone was emptying their sink in the above floor, it simply came to us below.. It would then slowly go down.. It was fine, but pretty off putting.. But luckily it was waste sink water, and not sewerage for the toilets.
