"Cực kỳ bẩn, thái độ thô lỗ với khách. Rất tệ!"

Decor ok.

1. Chủ ks/nv lễ tân tự ý làm tròn tiền thanh toán booking của khách. Khách hỏi lại để xác nhận thì người đó vẫn giữ mức làm tròn. Mình tặc lưỡi cho qua lần đó. Nhưng không, mình đã thất vọng khi vào đây. 2. Nhân viên phục vụ thái độ rất kém khi được yêu cầu lên phòng thay ga, vì ga giường rất bẩn, có vết ố vàng, có cả lông, tóc của khách trước để lại. Dưới ga giường cũng sót lại rất rất nhiều lông, tóc của nhiều khách trước. Khi lên thay ga thì nhân viên có thái độ lấy chân đẩy ga đệm rồi lẳng lặng đi ra không đóng cửa lại, cũng không nói một lời xin lỗi hay cảm phiền. Nói tóm lại là phải đào tạo lại nhân viên phục vụ. 3. Lúc trả phòng, nhân viên lễ tân còn có thái độ vừa nghe điện thoại vừa giật chìa khóa trên tay mình mà không nói một lời gì hết. Thái độ rất bố đời và cực kỳ tệ, không tôn trọng khách và không có cung cách làm nghề phục vụ một chút nào. 4. Sẽ không bao giờ quay trở lại đây. Đây là mình đặt trên booking rồi đấy. Các bạn xem thêm đánh giá trên google map thì sẽ rõ.
