The apartment is so nice! We booked the 2-bedroom and both rooms had ensuite. Good A/C & Smart TV!!

It’s best to rent a moped to get to the beaches and restaurants as it’s a bit out the way, but that was fine for us!

This self-serviced room with small shared pantry kitchen has got modern and good quality furniture. The bedroom is cosy. This room has a little french balcony. Overall, clean and recommendable for everyone who doesn't want to stay in Hotels. It's in walking distance to corner shops, a supermarket, vegetable market, ATM, cafés, Billard, tennis courts, two city parks. It's also near Sunset Town, Khem and Sao Beach. By motorbike Duong Dong is about 40 minutes away. The host is almost always available through WhatsApp and can give you all the information you need around your stay. For the affordable price I booked for several weeks I would definitely book again and recommend this place. The area is clean and landscapers take care of all plants and trees in the neighborhood on a daily basis. In the evening you can relax in the parks like the local families with children who drive around on small electric (rental) bikes and have lots of fun.

Like all newer neighbourhoods on the Island, this one is stilll in development. Many other houses are unoccupied and empty.

The place is clean and tidy, the lift is a bonus, it’s very quiet at night, the building is also quiet, the bathroom is excellent although the hot water takes a time to arrive, the cafe over the road does good food, the aircon works very well, the owner is courteous and helpful and quick to respond to messages, large water bottles were delivered for us for 60,000 which was good, didn’t use the share kitchen but it looked efficient

The floor has three rooms with one open share kitchen which was a suprise, we rented two rooms and were pleased there was no one else on our floor as it would not have felt private, there for two weeks. The front door is often not locked (the owners do request guests lock the door but some don’t) so anyone could walk in off the street, up the stairs and into the kitchen which then leads to the bedrooms, I would not feel that safe there alone because of that. There is no reception person, it’s not a hotel, just a room. The area is full of abandoned buildings and for this reason I would not stay there again. Every time I had to get a Grab, there is one place over the road to eat and that’s all unless you walk a way or Grab.

You can park downstairs.

It is a shared place with a shared kitchen. They should emphasize clearly that this is not a 1-bedroom-apartment. They charge 150k for cleaning after you which is a bit ridiculous. It should be calculated in the price that you see on the booking.

We had 3 rooms in one floor, each with bathroom and small shared kitchen. Everything was super clean, really spotless. There was a washing machine we could use. Location is great, we could walk to the beautiful Khem beach and Sunsettown. Lot of caffes, shops and eateries nearby. Wifi worked well. Owner was helpfull with everything we needed. Highly recommed this place.
