All staff's behavior and hospitality other than Mr William (Front desk).

As I had specifically booked for a "Room with Ocean view", our expectations were for a FULL "Ocean view", which this Room didn't have. Also, the lack of a In-house F&B service (other than Breakfast), was a bit of an issue.
