Cute rooms with nice showers.

Room is clean, nice garden.

There are so many rodents around in the garden, they even climb on the tables and cutlery. I can hear they’re scratching and making noises on the rooftop at night.

Everything here is great (the room, facilities and location). Most of all, the staff here are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. They helped us weigh our luggage when they saw we had too much even though we didn't ask for it. Especially, everyone picked lychees right at the homestay for us to eat.

Beautiful accommodation in a good location away from the main buzz of the touristy area. Very friendly staff with decent English. Great views over the canal from in front of the guest house. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the restaurant/beer garden next door (Phong Ga) for very good food with big portions.

Nothing to complain about, only be aware that there is a kindergarten in the adjacent building and the play some zumba-like exercise music every weekday morning at 8 am. Did not really bother us but do not expect to sleep in too late!

I had a wonderful experience here with my family. I liked the calm environment at the pond, the neighbourhood atmosphere, and the food and coffee options nearby (350m). The staff was very nice. House, rooms, garden etc. very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was also very pleasant Special thanks to you em Po for your support and your time!

You will be amazed by the tranquility of the surroundings and the ways their staff keeping the hotel clean - spotlessly clean. The whole area, including the people, the river, the bridge, the local delicacies, the green paths in the citadel altogether offer an excursion through time, to enjoy the past right at the threshold of the present.

Let me think. Perhaps, when Phong - the fantastic receptionist is no longer there, I may have something to dislike. He provides excellent support, services and joy.

You depend on a motorbike or bike to go visit the city
