L'emplacement idéal, la chambre triple spacieuse avec petit salon et le balcon, la déco.

Le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de radiateurs dans la chambre pour sécher éventuellement des vêtements mouillés par la pluie, ou juste les serviettes de bain, qui ne sèchent pas d'un jour à l'autre. Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais ils servent de petites quantités au compte-goutte donc beaucoup de passage dans la petite salle (pour remplir les plats).. et deux options (8 ou 9h) car la pièce est (trop) petite...

Beautiful, clean spacious rooms and property. Very close to restaurants and sightseeing attractions. The staff is so friendly and helpful providing recommendations.

This property was exceptional in all ways. The location is perfect close to metro and train lines. There is some construction work happening in the street that did not impact either noise at all. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there are really good options a few doors away. The size of the rooms is great-we had a double - bathrooms and fixtures are all new. The staff are super helpful and even helped carry luggage up the stairs. There is no lift so ask for a ground floor room or be prepared. This was not a problem for us. We will definitely stay here again when in Porto.

Le calme même si des travaux extérieurs viennent nous réveiller le matin . Bonne situation , propre et moderne, quoi demander de mieux pour un hôtel 3 étoiles

Salle petit déjeuner hyper étroite , il faut toujours demander pour avoir du reapprovisionnement Un peu cher

The staff was great , and the rooms clean .

The temperature in the room , was too hot at night even with the vac set at 18. The mirrors / lighting was not good. Very hard to see yourself when getting ready.
