"Very good"

The sea view in the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was really close to supermarket & restaurants. You have a choice of 3 beaches accessible within walking distance. The pool area was really quiet & relaxing.

"Quiet and fantastic location"

The view from balcony. The supermarket within walking distance. The land train to get into centre of Armação de Pêra. Parking facilities. Walking distances to some nice beachs .

Could left instructions on swimming pool key, cooker instructions and directions to the public bins.. That would saved a couple of calls to the agents. Lack of choice of restaurants .

"A nicely sized and equipped unit with a view."

The unit is very nicely decorated and modern. The kitchen is adequately equipped. There is a view of the beach in Armacao de Pera, albeit from a distance.

The bathroom could do with a bit more space so knees are not bumping into the vanity whilst sitting on the toilet. The bedroom closets have powdery mildew growing on the interior surfaces.

"we had a lovely stay in a great spot"

entrance was via key codes, the flat entrance needs the triangle pressing after the number. took a few goes and a slight panic to realise that. great clean apartment with a lovely view. large supermarket nearby and lovely beaches a short walk away.

very small issue when i couldn't find the bins at the end of the holiday. they were out on the main road.
