The hotel had a comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and staff friendly.

The room had zero storage so we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor, the lobby bar was never open the entire 5 days and the staff while friendly did not operate/dress as a 5 star hotel.

I felt the price we paid for the room that breakfast should have been included.

Excellent breakfast and spa facilities. Location was easy to get to from the Metro, and was in easy walking distance from the shops/attractions. The sky bar was a great addition where the bar staff were very helpful, making interesting cocktails for us each night. The breakfast buffet was lovely which was located in the restaurant, where the staff were also superb. The bed in our room was huge and very comfortable!

The music in the sky bar was a bit too techo for us and felt like it needed the more ambient music which the restaurant had. The evening meals in the restaurant included vegetarian options however I'm not convinced my veggie meal was fully veggie.. I think it may have been made with meat stock. Be prepared for a semi see-through toilet door. Its not so bad if the lights are turned off but a bit freaky if you don't know your travelling companion that well! The irony is that the shower (in the room) had fully frosted windows so you couldn't see anything. Had to ask for a kettle, but this was promptly provided.

Beautiful hotel, very updated with lovely indoor pool and spa.

Room was beautiful but there is zero privacy in the bathroom area.
