The hotel is clean, smells great, and the staff are helpful.

There are no tissues in the room and not enough water bottles.

The location was great, the area a little rundown but hotel and reception staff lovely and helpful. Room layout good, decor unusual but not offensive! Shower excellent, cleanliness excellent

The breakfast was a little disappointing, the continental side was plentiful but the cooked items, although on a hotplate, were cold, the breakfast staff were not very welcoming and no decent tea(personal preference)

Excelente acomodação, boa cama chuveiro excelente . A parte excepcional foi que informamos que era nossa lua de mel e ganhamos um vinho e pétalas na cama como mimo especial.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to travel anywhere. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. A nice stay.

Beautiful and clean rooms, friendly reception, good distance from all the main sights

Unfortunately I was given a room close to the elevator so I could hear the sounds from the lobby. There’s also too much noise from the street - the hotel is on a main street close to a hospital so there are ambulance sirens going off all day long. This is obviously not within the control of the hotel but if you’re a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.
