Such a great place. Booked a villa that looked amazing - better than on any image in booking :-)

It’s more about the guests: I think it is time to ban mobile phones from breakfast and dinner. Really annoying if it beeps and blinks every 20 seconds. And having 3 year old children silenced at breakfast at such a great place by putting them in front of a 13” tablet is really not a good sign for the society. I know the challenge having a 13 year old boy… However, maybe it’s time to extend non-smoking areas by non-mobiles areas.

Beautiful beachfront location, spacious villas with private pools, and warm, attentive service. The perfect mix of relaxation and comfort, would definitely return

The lack of privacy a bit disappointing, the layout and sound insulation didn’t offer the seclusion we expected. That said, it would still be a great option for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy time together in a relaxed setting.

Beachfront villa with pool was amazing, accommodation is really spacious, breakfast is really good with so much choice and the beach is really clean and beautiful.

Too many policies which did not make sense. spa no AC working . Staff has language barrier no one understand English well

ヴィラに宿泊しました。広さも間取りも素晴らしかったです。問題はシャワーの排水部分が詰まっていて、毎晩水浸しになってしまったこと。リビングの天井の扇風機も故障して動きませんでした。スタッフについては、清掃スタッフはしっかりと仕事をしてくれていました。フロントのスタッフは対応の良い人と塩対応の人、両方がいました。朝食会場はヴィラとホテル棟の宿泊者で分かれていました（ヴィラ宿泊者は両レストランを利用可能）。レベルは悪くなかったです。ヴィラ宿泊者のレストランのみにあったのは生ハムとスムージー各種で少し差をつけているようでした。

Beautiful villas. Beautiful beach and pools. Nice restaurant by the beach

The venue is excellent the villas beautiful and the location great. initially we were not warmly welcomed and staff suggested we had been scammed on booking dot com. This was eventually resolved as they had assumed the booking was in my husbands name on not mine. The service in the restaurant was slow even when relatively empty with staff seemingly extra and not anticipating guests needs of water drinks and menus. we had three nights there and this was a regular observation. The restaurant staff while friendly did not share what was not available when bringing the menu - so on ordering we had to reorder on both occasions. The pool and beach service was great and good quality. The breakfast excellent. The staff could be more patient when working with Google translate - we had several incidents that we were patiently trying to resolve and it just got frustrating to resolved. A staff person picked up a key card that was left and we were unable to communicate that it was likely ours. In the gym - we were not able to negotiate its return and on check out we were asked to pay for it. Which we did- it just became easier - as we had not pursued the return with the initial incident. There was Construction happening on site and while the massage are excellent the vibration and hammering was unwelcome distraction We had stayed in several other hotels and staff were far more confident with Google translate. It is a lovely location and we would consider it again

3 bedroom beach front villa with own pool. Beach front location, lovely front lawn that is situated before the beach. Two swimming pools, pool tables and free shuttle buss to Hoi An.

Three bedroom villa is all separated, with each bedroom having outside entrance that has its own lock, if you are looking for family bonding then this villa layout is not at all encouraging to that, however it would be good for 3 couples that want their own space. I felt separated from my kids the whole time. The Pool walls in between the villas is also not private, we could see though to the next villa and they could see and hear us -it needs a cement wall. Our villa was right next to the restaurant which plays music from 6am-10am, even though it’s relaxing music its quite annoying to constantly have repetitive music/noise that we could hear inside our villa and whilst sitting by the villa pool. The front entrance to the resort is underwhelming to say the least but the villas interiors are stunning as are the villa gardens. The resort also is pretty vibrant so if you’re looking to relax again there is a lot happening. In our 9 night stay there we’re at least 4 functions outside our villa on the main grass and beachfront. And it was VERY loud. Day menu needs more cheaper healthier quick snacks. Breakfast is a decent spread but very repetitive so the same dishes everyday. The gym needs a decent air conditioner and missing equipment. The resort is good overall but there are lots of little things that could be addressed to make it better
