Ein Stern für die Kulisse und dass mein Zimmer bei der Ankunft Sauber war. Aber: - "Room Seller" brauchte 14 Stunden bis ein Techniker kam und mir mein Safe mit Pass und Geld öffnete, als er nicht mehr funktionierte. Die Rezeption sagte sie können nichts machen. - Raumkarte hatte immer wieder Probleme, da es mehrere "Codes/ Chip" auf einer karte gab (für den Lift und den Raum) - Personal konnte Hauptsächlich Vietnamesisch. Englisch nur vereinzelt / meist Google übersetzer - Kein Bankomat / ATM auf dem Gelände, nur ein Laden der Geld wechselt nach seinem Gusto -Nur Bar bezahlen in den Läden auf dem Gelände - Shuttle sei nur für "privilegierte Gäste", sagte die Rezeption. Als ich sagte ich würde auch bezahlen dafür, sagte man mir er sei ausgebucht währed meines ganzen Aufenthalts. - Hotel ist weit entfernt von der nächsten Stadt und hat bietet für "normale Gäste" nichts. - Personal ist gegenüber "normalen Gäste" nicht hilfsbereit oder bemüht dass diese eine guten Aufenthalt haben. - kein Zimmerservice - Die Sterne unnd der Service stimmen meiner Meinung nach nicht überein!! - Als ich nach 4 Tagen frühzeitig abreiste, und ich ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellte übers hotel, kam zwar jemand, der aber nach 30 Minuten in der Pampa anhielt und ich musste den Fahrer und das Fahrzeug wechseln. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Dies sind lediglich meine Meinungen. Vielleicht haben andere auch gute Erfahrungen gemacht.!!
