La doccia non ha nè il vetro nè una tenda. La camera era differente da quella mostrata in foto, più piccola e con un bagno peggiore. Migliorabile la pulizia della piscina e la colazione

La piscine

Le petit déjeuner : très peu de choix, vraiment pas terrible. Le karaoké jusqu'à 2h du matin volume à fond et les cris des enfants dès 8h du matin à la piscine. Nous y étions un week-end : les Vietnamiens profitaient de leur week-end.... L'ambiance est très certainement différente en semaine. Les filles de l'hôtel ne parlent quasiment pas anglais (pas vu le père).

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità del responsabile che ci ha dato anche degli utili consigli su dove andare a mangiare. Possibilità di affittare direttamente in struttura bicicletta e scooter e di prenotare i transfer. La struttura è leggermente defilata dal centro di tam coc ed è immersa nel verde. Piscina comoda per rinfrescarsi durante le ore più calde.

Pulizia migliorabile. Colazione con poca scelta.

Voor ons was dit het minste hotel dat we gedaan hebben in Vietnam. Het ontbijt was ook niet zo lekker. We hadden een kamer geboekt met uitzicht op de bergen, maar die waren amper zichtbaar. Slechte isolatie: je hoort alles wat buitenaf gebeurd (een buurman begon om 5u30 met kloppen en er blafte heeltijd een hond)

La piscina esta limpia y tiene mucho sitio para tumbarse alrededor. La habitacion era amplia, con nevera y camas comodas. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, pudimos alquilar moto allí mismo. Mi hermana olvidó unas cosas y lo guardaron para que un transporte lo recogiers y nos lo entregara en otra ciudad

We had a very excellent stay . The room was very clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very injoyable..

Great room and great place to stay. Really beautiful, clean and comfortable! The pictures are really reliables, plus good buffet breakfast. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. They offer laundry service, motorbike renting and transportation. They allow you to drop off your bags and use the swimming pool and bathroom if you arrive early in the morning until your room is ready. The location is great. Close to the lake, bars, restaurants etc but in a quite and peaceful street with views to the nature. Highly recommended!

Located about 5 minute walk from the business district, it's far enough away to enjoy the peace and close enough to be in the action. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed comfy. Breakfast provided was a wide selection of hot and cold foods. The host was gracious. Bikes available for rent, laundry service available, and the pool was just right!

I booked a mountain view room, which would have been great if you could see the mountain through the overgrown garden...only thing to spoil my stay here.

Big rooms

Pool was quite dirty. There's no restaurant or even drinks or snacks so you have to leave to get anything.
