Downtown Palma Suites by Homing

The room and beds were clean and check in was easy. Great room for the price point. Also pretty well located.

Bathroom had abit of a smell and shower flooded sometimes.

Check in was at 3 Pm and we went at 3Pm but our room was not clean, we needed to wait for our room to be clean.

Gute Lage, Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und nett hergerichtet. Hosty hat immer schnell geantwortet und es hat alles gut funktioniert.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, es war sehr, sehr laut. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein (was natürlich bekannt war, in Echt ist es dann noch kleiner).

The accommodation was absolutely excellent. Everything matched the description, the room was clean, beautifully prepared, and the location is perfect – everything is within walking distance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was delivered in a box to our door in the morning – it was delicious and very well prepared. Communication was smooth and all the check-in instructions were clear. We can highly recommend this place.

Etablissement bien placé pour accéder au centre ville. Proche du métro. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle. Consigne pour laisser les bagages le dernier jour avant de partir pour l'aéroport

Dans la chambre, il manquerait : des portes manteaux, une prise près de la bouilloire, quelques sachets de thé et café. Ca serait bien aussi d'avoir quelques brochures touristiques à l'arrivée. Les matelas des lits simples sont un peu mous et les oreillers très durs.

It wasn’t cleaned properly, the condition of the bathroom is not the best

I liked the central location, it’s close to everything you could need. The owner of the building took the time to come and speak to us when we were sat out in the roof terrace which was lovely, all the people in the building are generally really nice people. The room was nice and clean too
