The location is great, easy access to central lisboa, stations and buses! The place was clean, well presented, Pedro was exceptional to guide us through, meet us at the property and answer our questions promptly when messaged

We had very cozy and comfortable stay, loved the terrace, equiped kitchen, comfortable beds. Washing machine was a great extra. Attentive and helpful host and staff memebers, easy and nice communication and check in proccess.

If you're a group of 3-4people you should take quick showers as boiler is not big enough. **not hotel related** watch out for checky seaguls, they can steal your belongings if left unattandant at terrace.
