Location and the view

The apartment was very disappointing. There was a lot of moisture in the air and a strong smell of mold throughout the space. The floors were not clean, and we even found black hairs both in the bed and in the sink. There was also a blood stain on the bedding, which was very unpleasant. In addition, there were many small insects inside the apartment that seemed to have come in from outside. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below expectations.

Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Die Wohnung stank deutlich wenn man einige Stunden nicht in der Wohnung war - Abwasser? Nach Lüften ging es wieder.. Das Tor zum Parkplatz brachten wir oftmals nicht auf, trotz elektronischem Schlüssel. Wir mussten einmal den Besitzer telefonisch kontaktieren, weil wir 30min probiert haben das Tor aufzumachen.

V apartmáne bolo cítiť vlhkosť, ktorá sa ťažko vetrala. Pobyt doprevádzali aj malé čierne mušky s veľkými krídlami.

There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is very convenient. There is also an iron and a hair dryer. There is bed linen available, so it can be changed at any time.

The floor was very cold, so it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Some of the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash everything we planned to use again in the dishwasher. The champagne glasses were dirty. During the night, someone above us was constantly walking or moving furniture, which was disturbing. There was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment — it smelled of dampness and sometimes sewage. There were small bugs crawling around the apartment, and there were quite a lot of them. The kitchen was dirty, so as soon as we moved in, we had to clean it in order to cook comfortably.

Ampio parcheggio. Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. Terrazza meravigliosa per rilassarsi. Posizione strategica a un minuto dalla tangenziale. Connessione internet molto veloce, ottima per chi volesse lavorare o per streaming.

In controtendenza a chi dice che la strada è troppo vicina e rumorosa, dopo una certa ora il traffico si azzera, quindi mi tengo volentieri l'autenticità della casa (storica) in cambio di qualche macchina ogni tanto.
