Casa Farrapos

The location was close to everything and a bonus was the patio in the back of the house to sit and relax.

I liked the location, the little garden although note it has steep steps but you are rewarded with Lemon trees ans pretty flowers and Jr's very relaxing to sit ib when the sun goes down and the lights come on. The luggage storage is very handy and there is a toilet to use if your room isn't ready. The shower pressure is also excellent

The only thing I would have liked is a cushion for the sofa or the dining chairs but this is really small suggestion

Great location and easy to get around. The units are very nicely renovated and quite nice. Up and down the alley are nice little places for dinner and a glass of wine. The night time sounds from the alley were very loud around midnight. Twice during our stay someone entered the property through the front door, which was protected with an impressive iron lock system and a digital key code. Also, the back door had been opened one night but a safety bar prevented entry.

We stayed in Apartment 3 and it was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchenette, lovely products in the bathroom, a balcony for people watching and a gorgeous garden out the back. It has great security and Marcus our host was very easy to communicate with. Really good air conditioning and wifi too. II wish we could have stayed longer!!

There isn’t a lift so climbing the stairs with luggage can be a bit tricky but if you come to Porto you need to be prepared for stairs anyway!
