O pequeno almoço nao está ao nível da vila galé nem de nenhum dos outros hoteis de sao miguel,, nem em quantidade, nem em variedade nem.em qualidade. O pequeno almoço fecha ás 10h30. Ás 10h já nao havia quase nada para comer. Uma das funcionárias, ainda levava a mal quando pedíamos algo, por exemplo fruta. O hotel.nao tinha iogurtes de sabores nem iogurtes magros. Outra falha, é o facto de nao haver um.unico produto regional dos Açores para comer com exceção de um bolo levedo com uma semana que estava intragável. Os quartos sao mal insonorizados. As saídas de emergência pelas escadas nao estão sinalizadas, eu nao uso elevadores e foi um problema para as encontrar.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so ein exzellentes Frühstück genossen. Alles ist liebevoll und appetitlich angerichtet. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei mit vielen regionalen Extras. Außerdem hatten wir ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett, modern, renoviert und sehr sauber! Aus unserer Sicht gibt es keine bessere Lage im Pont Delgada. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und waren äußerst zufrieden.

Pools, location and history of the building were amazing. For a more luxury stay the bed as not comfortable even slanted. Pillows were awful and room was lacking items such as a hairdryer. Otherwise a beautiful place that could use some small updates to make it 5 stars.

Beds and carpets in the bedrooms and hallways had stains making it look dated.

We stayed at the Vila Galé São Miguel Hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the hotel spotless and well maintained, and all the staff showed genuine kindness and hospitality. Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day, but the real highlight was dinner — especially the live cooking, with dishes freshly prepared right in front of us. The cook (whose name, unfortunately, I don’t remember) did an excellent job — everything was tasty and perfectly cooked. A special thank you to the restaurant team, always attentive and professional — they truly make a difference! And of course, we can’t forget Gonçalo, the hotel manager, who seems to work 24 hours a day — always around, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a balcony room, which was nice to sit out on. Note that the balconies are not private, so other guests can access rooms through the balcony doors if not locked. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind. There were a few things that we found to take away from a great experience. For example, we had to request an in-room coffee maker and were required to pay 1 Euro for every Nespresso pod. Bottled water was also an extra charge (they do provide one small bottle on the first day). On our last morning we had a 7:30AM departure so needed to eat breakfast right at 7AM, which is the time breakfast opened. The doors opened late and the staff member on duty was not very nice about having to open the doors because the buffet was not quite ready. Finally, as we were trying to get our luggage down to the lobby, the elevators were turned off. So we had to take the stairs when we were in a hurry to check out.

Todo en el hotel es excelente: las habitaciones, piscina, personal, desayuno, ubicación. Es un gran hotel. Sin lugar a dudas para repetir

Der Bau und die ganze Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück fanden wir nicht sehr gut. Der Cappuccino war oft viel zu heiss und nicht geniessbar. Um 8.30 Uhr war das Buffet oft schon gut besucht und es wurde oft nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Weiter fehlten öfters Kleinigkeiten, wie Schüsseln für Müsli, Behälter für Konfitüre, Schöpfbesteck.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Location, service, outdoor pool and spa. 5 *
