L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est bien, propre et bien équipé

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et faire payer ses clients pour 1 bouteille d'eau c'est franchement indécent J'ai appelé la réception pour confirmer si la bouteille d'eau était payante on m'a dis que oui et c'est a 4€ , franchement c'est malsain , et du jamais vu plus radin que ça y' en a pas , un autre détail l'eau pour la douche n'est pas chaude mais tiède, j'ai fait la remarque a la réception mais pas de réponse.
