Loved location and room set up.

Bathroom door was weird for my guest. The hallway interior needs clean carpet and paint. Offer ice :)

Good sized and well equipped room. Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Staff at hotel were helpful. I arrived late and was concerned but the hotel section provides 24 hour check in. Well priced but that may have been because it was low season.

I was cold and couldn’t get the room warm even with the a/c unit cranked up. Only 1 blanket on the bed and I was cold but too much trouble to get dressed and walk down to the hotel section where staff are based. The next day I got an extra blanket from the hotel and was much warmer.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, very helpful, and made everything quite easy. The apartment was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (and a half block from a market if we wanted to cook.) The only thing that was not comfortable was the first day/evening we couldn't get the heating units to work. The reception desk sent over someone immediately, a lovely gentleman who found and fixed the problem (the filters needed to be cleaned.) Maybe no one had noticed before because it hadn't been cold enough yet? Anyway, the best part of this intensely convenient (three fabulous restaurants in about a block's walk, easy walk to the port caves, etc.) was the staff, who were absolutely delightful and took care of every detail.

Just that the heat in the room didn't work the first night. We let the reception desk know the next morning and someone was there in about twenty minutes to fix the problem.

La ubicacion, a unos pasos de la Rivera del Rio Duero, donde estan las actividad mas importantes para los turistas: restaurantes, cerca del finucular para ir al centro, y cerca del puente Luiz, para pasar al otro lado, a la Gaia.

El cafe: necesitan mejorar la calidad del cafe disponible en el estudio. Tambien las maquinas fallan un poco, es un problema de diseño, es el tipo de maquina, a pesar de estar nuevas.
