There is no reception on site. After making your reservation, you must check in online, guests must present a photo ID and pay the tourist tax. Please inform Oriente DNA Studios in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box during the booking process or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Failure to complete the online check-in and payment of the tourist tax by 24:00 on the day of check-in will result in the cancellation of the reservation with total cost. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. This property does not accommodate stag or hen parties and similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian. Please note that the (property/rooms/etc.) (is/are) located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. Please note that (the property/some rooms/etc.) can only be accessed via (stairs/elevator/by foot/steep access road). A deposit may be required at the property.
