The staff was fabulous , the hotel was clean , the rooms were perfect. The hotel had a great rooftop pool which was perfect in the late afternoon.The breakfast at the hotel was superb. Absolutely top notch hotel.
We don’t normally stay at boutique hotels but this property might change our mind. The room definitely has 5 star amenities. The restaurant in the hotel makes killer drinks and the staff goes above and beyond. Also can’t beat the location. We missed out on the breakfast but we heard very good things about the food too. Would come back.
Our experience was absolutely flawless. The staff and hosts were delightful and exceptionally informative. The concierge service was readily available in person, over the phone, or via text message. The hotel masterfully captures an artistic and harmonious balance between the old-world charm of the historic family home and an elegant, artistic flair. Our view of the park and castle was both beautiful and bright. Sunlight filtered through the trees, illuminating our window and providing just enough warmth for the weather. It was truly picturesque. We were just a few minutes from the beach, and our dinner reservations were within walking distance of the hotel. The next morning, we were greeted with a delectable three-course breakfast, the perfect start to our day. We did not spend enough time in Cascais this trip, but we will certainly book this hotel again when we return.
We had a fabulous stay at Artsy this past week. The staff are incredibly helpful, the location was perfect and the rooftop patio is lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to a return visit!

Our stay was amazing. Best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel & I’ve stayed in a lot! The staff were fantastic, especially the main waiter during breakfast, remembering small details.

Good location, to the edge of the town, so not too noisy and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
