The staff was great!

The beds were way to hard and on the last day we ate duck which was giving us problems with the digestion.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Letztes Jahr haben wir uns hauptsächlich selbst versorgt, dieses Jahr buchten wir mit Halbpension. Das Essen war fantastisch und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben jeden Tag Golf gespielt und die unmittelbare Nähe quasi am Golfplatz zu wohnen war top. Der Golfplatz war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Leider hat sich das Abendessen nach 1 Woche wiederholt, verbringt man 10 Tage, hätte ich mir eine Anpassung des Menu‘s gewünscht .

The staff was very nice and professional.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. First, there were ants in the bathroom from the first day. We informed reception twice. While someone came to intervene, the problem was never properly resolved and the ants kept coming back. The cleanliness of the bathroom cabinets was also not acceptable. Behind the cabinet door, we found a sanitary liner (new, but clearly not ours) stuck behind the cupboard, which raises concerns about how thoroughly the room was cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, we noticed small worms/insects coming out of the sink drain, which was very unpleasant. To make matters worse, I woke up with multiple bites all over my legs during our stay. Whether this was caused by bedbugs or other insects, I cannot say for certain, but it made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this experience did not meet basic hygiene standards and was very disappointing.

Location was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Our apartment was lovely. Daniel from reception was very helpful and courteous when we needed to move apartments. All the staff we came across were friendly and polite. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll be back soon.

The shower looked a little unfinished. There was a tile where the water drained that had quite a big gap around it - I'd have been cautious if I'd had a toddler using it. It didn't affect the use of it, but it definitely seemed as though it wasn't supposed to be like that and was awaiting being finished. That's it! There was really nothing else, and even that wasn't a big deal. I'm certain that if we'd flagged it, it would have been rectified immediately.
