City Stays São Lázaro Apartments

Fresh and well cleaned. Great host and easy to access everything. If I’m going back I will book the same hotel

Very new and complete facilities such as dishwasher and washer/dryer.

“Comfort” level was a bit low just because so little things were provided. For example there was no kitchen towel, no extra bath towels, no coffee, no tea, only one dishwashing tab, only two roles of toilet paper, a tiny soap, and very limited furniture so that things had to be put all over the floor. I understand it’s supposed to be “self-catering” but it was so incredibly tedious to have to go and buy all the stuff…..then have lots of leftovers.

The apartment was spacious and easy to enter from the street. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment was also in close proximity to the metro. Lastly, the host Sebastian was very friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to all messages. I highly recommend this apartment.

The flat was great for 5 persons.

I recently stayed at this property, and was impressed with the spacious layout. It's located on a safe neighborhood, close distance to visiting points of the city.

The heating works, and it has 3 bathrooms that all work

The rooms had mold on the walls. There was no cleaning supplies, not even dish soap and just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We booked the place for 7 nights and I feel the standard was lacking in comfort. The area is also not very nice.
