"Mooi hotel, fantastische locatie, vriendelijk personeel."

De locatie was top, kamer mooi, vriendelijk personeel.

Het zwembad en dakterras zijn erg klein, het zwembad is ook niet verwarmd. Geen mogelijkheid tot thee zetten op de kamer, alleen koffie. Op de laatste avond had ik heet water nodig voor medicatie en toen kreeg ik een waterkoker. Beter deze standaard op de kamer zetten of een kaartje neer te zetten dat deze te verkrijgen is bij de receptie. Ondanks dat ik voor 2 personen heb geboekt moest ik voor mijn kind voor het ontbijt betalen. Booking geeft aan gratis ontbijt. Maar omdat het verblijf voor een kind onder de 12 gratis is, moet je wel voor het ontbijt betalen. Dit is misleidend op booking.com. Hotel heeft het overigens netjes opgelost.

"Great choice when visiting Porto"

Excellently located hotel with a brand new feeling. Designed and decorated in really good taste and run by an excellent team. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and was tasty.

"Fine stay, crazy lighting"

Good personal

Lighting in the room is very stupid. Hilton cooked something up that requires guidance and manuals before you can use it. If not, you get to wake up your partner for guessing wrongly what to push on. A complete and utter dudd.

"Decent hotel but would not recommend."

Good location.

Staff was not friendly. They did not allow us to use the terrace unless we ordered food or drinks from them. Small room. Hair dryer did not work.

Location and clean rooms. Cleaning staff was nice. New bottle of water given everyday

Horrible service with arrogant staff. Stated terrace was viable for all, year went to sit, we could not bring on food or drinks and had to order from them. Also, asked for 2 coffees, made from the machine which they charged us 9 euros in a paper up. No umbrellas to borrow and very abrupt to anyone who complained or asked for assistance. Very disappointed since Hilton claims this as their boutique series. Would not recommend
