Staff are amazing at this great hotel right in the heart of Porta Sol. Break was was really great!

No tea/ coffee in rooms but they do have a machine readily available downstairs.

Location is excellent; near everything downtown and fabulous experience in Alfama.

Rooms are tiny; little space to set bags. But it is Alfama.. so understandable.

"Overall it was a great stay!"

Most of all I liked the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The other thing that I was very happy about was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did a very good job. I also liked the free coffee and snacks at the reception.

The room was actually very small.
