Porto Vitoria Apartments

Loved this place! Stayed with a friend and the 2 bedroom (ground floor and loft) situation was perfect. The balcony was a highlight. Lots of light from windows but also could close curtains for full dark. Staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. (Small note- only comes with 4 free Nespresso pods, so you may want to bring extra) Great location! Gorgeous overlook/sunset spot right around the corner. Highly recommend!

Sijainti historiallisella alueella oli hyvä. Kävellen pääsi hyvin eri kohteisiin, mutta hyvää kuntoa tarvittiin sekä kaduilla liikkuessa että majoituspaikassa, jossa oli paljon portaita. Ympäristö oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen. Myöskin majoituspaikassa oli rauhallista ja sai nukkua hyvin. Henkilökuntaa oli useimmiten paikalla ja he olivat hyvin ystävällisiä. Tarvittaessa huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen saattoi jättää tavaransa säilöön aulatilan kaappiin.

Huoneiston sisääntulokerroksessa voisi olla naulakko tai kaappi, missä säilyttää päällysvaatteet. Nyt se oli kerrosta ylempänä makuuhuoneen yhteydessä.

Overall we had a great stay and would still give this place 5 stars. The apartment was very spacious, including a surprisingly large bathroom. The shower had good water pressure, which we really appreciated after long days out. There were also thoughtful touches like free coffee capsules and complimentary TV subscriptions. Communication was quick and responsive throughout the stay. The location was also convenient for getting around by taxi/ride apps, although the property is located on a fairly steep hill if you walk. There is no lift, and we stayed on the 3rd floor, but for a short 2-night stay it was manageable.

One thing I found difficult to understand was the additional €20 linen/cleaning fee requested for using the sofa bed. We were only 2 guests staying in a 3-person apartment, and I had explained in advance that the request was due to a back issue and wanting an alternative sleeping option rather than having an extra guest. Since the sofa bed is already part of the apartment itself, the extra charge felt a bit unreasonable to me, so in the end we decided not to use it.

Mooi ruim appartement. Fijne ligging. Goede informatie vooraf. Altijd beschikbare klantenservice.
