"Top locatie met goeie prijs-kwaliteit maar minder comfy"

Top locatie, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Fijn personeel, ze zijn erg behulpzaam en communiceren via whatsapp. Eerste dag mooi uitleg over de stad door medewerker. Groot appartement, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

Ontzettend jammer dat er zoveel zaken niet in orde waren dat deed af aan de totale ervaring. Ten eerste was de douche niet afgesloten, hele badkamer liep onder de water tijdens het douchen. De douche wordt na 10min. koud waardoor je gestresst raakt dat het water op gaat, vooral met lang haar! De kussens zijn enorm slap waardoor het heel oncomfortabel slaapt en je maar geen houding kan aannemen. Er wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt dat is oké maar zorg dan voor handdoeken elke dag, die moest je apart vragen. Voor extra koffiecups moest er 3€ worden bijbetaald terwijl we 3 nachten hadden geboekt. Het is zeker geen 4 sterren accommodatie. Locatie is top, personeel is behulpzaam het is goedkoop en ruim en daarmee is alles gezegd.

Excellent séjour ! Personnel très accueillant et souriant, chambre calme, spacieuse et propre. Bien situé dans le centre ville, à distance de marche de tous les centres d’intérêt.

"Superbe séjour a Porto"

Nous avons tout aimé. C’est super propre, les lits sont très confortables. C’est très bien situé. Pas besoin de voiture, tout se fait à pieds. Les gens à la réception sont vraiment gentils et ils nous aident pour toutes questions. Vraiment très très bien 😊

La ubicación y el apartamento son espectaculares, el personal muy amable y dispuesto.

El lugar no tiene ascensor, en mi caso fueron 3 pisos por escalera, a la llegada subir con las maletas es un poco complicado pero igual no tiene solución.
