Sunny Oporto, Douro Apartments

The property was fantastic in every way. The bed in particular was extremely large and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen also had everything we would need. The location is very central.

There was nothing we did not like. It was great.

We loved the location in the old town, on the edge of Ribera, good local restaurants within walking distance. Some charming local shops and artisans

An added shelf to table in front of the ONLY window would make working or applying make up much easier. No light over bathroom mirror. Also a washing up brush and cloth would be a help. These are minor items but would make a stay smoother. The flat was well equipped in general.

It was very well appointed, the bed comfortable, the linens clean and in good condition, the kitchen equipment was perfect for us and wifi was good. It was as though every little detail had been considered. The information provided was brilliant and Jose was very willing to help with any queries. The location was really good. Close by there were breakfast bars, a 24 hour shop (small) and inexpensive bars where the view of the sunset was on par with anywhere else and we found it easily walkable to all the sights. The bathroom facilities were on point, with lots of hot water. Bonus bottle of wine as well.

It is quite dark for natural light as it has just the one window and was in the shadow of taller buildings however there was good lighting inside.

Perfect location in center of Porto. Easy to enter. Unit had all that we needed. No complaints at all.

Hard to get our rental car to or from the unit when arriving and leaving.

Location, and also the manager. Really prepared stuff with the guests well being as a priority. my favorite part was the QR code for the Wi-Fi. no need to type the long password and select the network, just scan the QR code. So simple, costs nothing, just some effort to create it.

maybe the bathroom could have had some air vents, but other than that, it was just perfect.
